What You Will Do :
As Director Supply chain Analytics within Data & Analytics Platform, you will be leading the Supply Chain Analytics domain across the North America Zone by driving adoption of the L’Oréal Beauty Tech Data Platform (BTDP) , delivering data and analytics solutions, developing IT talents, managing partnerships across North America, métiers, and Global Supply Chain Data Domain and IT teams, while facilitating the future vision for Supply Chain & Operations domain .
The role manages the internal and external tech talents and resources working on Supply Chain Analytics within the North America zone. As a people manager lead, mentor, and develop team members in your charge. Facilitating collaboration, innovation and excellence while providing opportunities for growth and development within the team.
As a key contributor to both Global and Zone strategy for this domain, you will need to be a knowledgeable communicator of Supply Chain Analytics topics across the areas of S&OP, MSC, Fulfillment, and OCS. Leveraging experience of Data & Analytics, Transformation and Change Management you would also play a key role in an ongoing Company wide Data Transformation program. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Data & Analytics technologies and guide the technical and business teams towards high quality and performance solutions.
This role also plays a key role in relationship management with various partners. At a local level the collaboration with Data & Analytic peers and business product owner(s), regionally building partnerships with North America teams, and globally linking with central functions such as Global Data Domains, Chief Data & Analytics Office, and Data Factory Team .
Identify , challenge, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with business product owner .
Ensure the supply chain analytics platform meet the strategic objective of supply chain business.
Define the product(s)’ standards of architecture design , d evelopment, and management.
L ead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design .
Supervise internal talents, development teams, master application code, and provide guidelines/best practices in respect for the principles of architecture and urbanization .
Communicate with stakeholders, elaborate, and report regular global status on projects and support activities .
Participate in review meetings and steering committees .
Be aware of new IT innovations and development best practices to advise community on strategy.
Delivery of Analytical solutions across the Zone.
Delivery of BTDP Shared Domain Data Sets in delegation/collaboration with Global data domains.
Be the subject matter expert to the engineering, quality and run team .
Facilitate build and run issue resolution and communication by supporting service delivery and technical teams to minimize impact and accelerate resolution.
What We A re Looking F or :
Experience:
10 + years within IT functions.
3 + years as a technical architect .
5 + years of data analytics solutioning.
3+ years of people management.
Supply Chain domain functional knowledge.
Technical Skills:
Experienced in Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Warehouse / Data Lake solutions specifically designing data models and warehouses and using SQL and NoSQL database management systems .
Knowledge and skills with data analytics and visualization technologies including but not limited to G oogle Cloud P latform , SQL, Python , Azure Data Services, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Power Query Formula Language (M), Multi-Dimensional Expressions (MDX) and R.
Broad cloud technology background (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and DevOps solutions .
Professional Skills:
Team and p roject management .
Strong o rganization s kills with a bility to handle complex situations and act transversa lly.
Teamwork, excellent social skills, intellectual flexibility .

Knowledge of SAP processes (nice to have)
