Description We're on the lookout for an success driven, detail-oriented individual who excels in spreadsheet management and has recently completed a Bachelor's degree to join a busy real estate team as a Compliance Coordinator. This role serves as an entry-level opportunity for those who thrive on working with spreadsheets, have a sharp eye for detail, and are passionate about maintaining accuracy. The Compliance Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and upholding precise records.

Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Maintain and update records accurately using spreadsheet software. Collaborate with team members to identify and address compliance issues. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance procedures. Conduct audits to verify compliance with internal and external regulations. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates affecting the industry. Provide support during internal and external audits. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Advanced skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in a compliance-focused role.
