The operational groups play a central role in the operation and maintenance of our offshore installations. As a part of the operational group, you will face exciting challenges, build a vast network, and have varied tasks in an operational working environment.

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

  • Hold the overall co-ordinaton responsibility for the maintenance portfolio of the assigned installation(s) (planning, facilitation, and improvement).

  • Coordinate activities of own and other disciplines on the installation for optimal operation.

  • Contribute to the development of operational plans, including participating in relevant decision-making meetings.

  • Coordinate planning preparations across disciplines, with other units and external suppliers.

  • Collaborate closely with discipline leads on installation(s) for input and planning of new work orders for the discipline.

  • Request and follow-up on material deliveries for maintenance activities.

  • Contribute to continuous development of common best practices, cross-learning, implementation of improvements, and utilization of digital tools.

  • Responsible, proactive, holistic thinker, and engaging team player with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across disciplines/fields and between offshore and onshore.

  • Ability to think in a goal-oriented and solution orientated manner.
