Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory Integrity Continuous Improvement Analyst based at our Berea , KY location.

What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and provide detailed reports that clearly communicate the financial and operational impacts of these discrepancies.

  • Implement corrective actions to prevent future inventory discrepancies, working closely with relevant teams to ensure improvements are effectively applied.

  • Support the Inventory Integrity Team in reaching department goals, including contributing to efforts aimed at reducing physical inventory discrepancies.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects, managing each initiative from start to finish and using strong project management skills to ensure success.

  • Monitor corrective actions that have been implemented to ensure they resolve identified issues, verifying their effectiveness through data analysis and inventory count verification.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with specialized training in Materials or Supply Chain disciplines.

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related materials field.

Skills, Experience, & Abilities

  • Strong experience with root cause analysis.

  • Advanced technical skills with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Project management experience.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
