Job Description

The Facilities Services organization is looking to bring on a Sr. Project Manager whose role is to drive business plan execution, supervise and develop associates, promote company policies, manage projects and content initiatives, and oversee process improvement. Additional tasks include, scheduling as well as facilitating and tracking notes from cross-functional meetings regarding project objectives. He / She will be expected to follow up and report on status regularly by utilizing PowerPoint skills.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Project/Program Management

• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex projects, programs, and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

• Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.

• Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to manage projects in alignment to best practices across the industry

• Interact daily with development teams, quality engineering, business analysts, product managers, support teams, cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.

• Expert project management skills, with a strong background in project planning, change management, risk management and capacity planning

• Ability to educate teams on PM practices and secure buy in.

• Comfortable with Share Point site management

• PMP Certification as well as strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma fundamentals -Analytics/ Business Intelligence skills demonstrated in previous experience specifically with VBA, Power BI and Tableau
