Nature of Work

Develop, service, and maintain the relationship and business for a client or group of clients related to service and/or special projects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Manage overall client relationship or multiple client relationships.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Responsible for continued development of client relationships.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Review and develop solutions for client\'s needs.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Identify and qualify new sales leads through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting to management.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, prepare estimates, write proposals, and present solution(s) aiming to close deals that are beneficial to both the client and the company.

    Establish capital budgeting for clients.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    May be required to oversee execution of work.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Approve vendor or subcontractor invoices.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Review and respond to client requests for proposals.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Preliminary review of contracts, purchase orders, & change orders per company policy limits

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    May create and manage scheduled maintenance agreements for clients.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Support the dispatch of service technicians and other related trades people for client projects.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Track and manage profitability of client base utilizing company accounting system.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Coordinate jobsite activities such as deliveries, rigging, equipment, tools, etc.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Perform other administrative activities including, but not limited to, drafting and responding to emails, electronic filing, and working with internal and external clients.

  • []{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

    Maintain a valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record which, per Company\'s vehicle policy, allows operation of a company vehicle.

    Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
