Walmart Senior Manager, Real Estate - Construction Development and Innovation in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Real Estate, Senior Manager Construction and Innovation role will play a critical part supporting initiatives across Walmart Construction. This exciting opportunity will help drive innovation, sustainability process improvement and will work with multiple stakeholders throughout Walmart US as we continue remodeling our existing fleet and ramping up our new store program for expansion. The role is based out of Bentonville, AR.

  • Demonstrate experience driving & supporting process improvement initiatives

  • Are experienced in project management, with clear understanding of deadlines, long-term goals and solution development

  • Have experience in construction or related field

  • Possess strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

You'll make an impact by...

  • Ensuring execution of development and innovation projects for Walmart Construction by working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements of business initiatives and innovation opportunities; adhering to program roadmap that supports the Walmart Real Estate strategy; gathering input from project teams and senior management.

  • Playing a critical role in large-scale innovation projects or project work-streams for Walmart Construction by executing requirements of projects and innovation opportunities

  • Supporting the execution of process improvement and systems solutions for Walmart Construction by researching new and innovative technology solutions; benchmarking within the industry to source new systems solutions, innovations, and technology; partnering with internal and external teams to identify technology and systems that can be leveraged as solutions to existing issues.

  • Playing an active role in implementing cost reduction efforts within Realty Construction, collaborating with Estimating and Finance partners to determine financial deliverables associated with each initiative, as well as roadmap to implementation.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in

architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in architecture, construction management,

engineering, or related area.
