Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

You'll make an impact by...

  • Ensuring stations are consistently meeting KPI targets prior to the end of onboarding period.

  • Developing and leveraging expertise in ops processes and software utilized by upstream and downstream partners to anticipate and eliminate roadblocks, and quickly deep dive problems.

  • Traveling approximately 50-70% with the Bentonville Home Office serving as the primary location.

  • You have 1+ years' experience in launch operations

  • You have excellent service to operational customers

  • You have strong ownership and curiosity

  • You are comfortable in ambiguous environments

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
