What you'll do...

Senior Analyst, Business Development

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Ops Analysts to support our business development and account management teams in accelerating growth for our International Marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to business development and account management teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and ops to drive sales growth and optimize business performance

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve sales operations efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• High level of self-motivation and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field

• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
