This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology development and shape the future of RF systems.Key Responsibilities:RF System Design: Design and develop RF systems, including but not limited to transmitters, receivers, antennas, and RF front-end components.Prototyping: Lead the prototyping efforts for RF-based projects, from concept to realization, ensuring functionality, performance, and manufacturability.Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the entire product development lifecycle.Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and procedures to validate RF systems and components, and analyze test data to ensure compliance with design specifications.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including schematics, PCB layouts, Bill of Materials (BOM), test reports, and design specifications.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to RF systems and components during the development and testing phases.Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in RF technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related field.Masters degree preferred.5+ yearsof experience in RF system design and product development.Proficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS) and PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).Strong understanding of RF principles, including modulation techniques, impedance matching, and RF circuit design.Experience with RF testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Fusion 360, or similar tools.Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for RF products (e.g., FCC, ETSI).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
