What you'll do...

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-obsessed leader who thrives in ambiguity and change and has a passion for data-based analysis. You will help collaborate cross-functional partnerships in projects that are focused on ecommerce customer fulfillment outcomes. You will help influence roadmaps and collaborate with Merchants, Operations, Product and Technology teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for a frictionless and consistent experience. The work you lead will touch millions of customers across our online and store experiences.

Our team has broad reach, high exposure, and deep impact. We work cross-functionally across many areas of the business (merchandising, supply chain, store operations, product, marketing, finance, customer care) and get a unique view of what it takes to run a successful omni-channel retailer.

What You'll do:

  • Project Identification and Prioritization: Identify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous improvement; conduct competitive assessments, develop business cases, and set objectives and KPIs for the customer experience

  • Benefit Quantification: Create the case for change through analysis of financial and operational metrics, customer data, and competitive benchmarking

  • Roadmap Influence: Influence roadmaps to deliver enhanced capabilities in ecommerce fulfillment

  • Collaboration: Help define and collaborate writing requirements with key partners (product management, design, operations, and engineering), champion fulfillment improvements, share best practices and promote standardization across the customer experience

  • Results and Accountability: Measure progress in achieving results; demonstrate strong commitment towards goals and drive complex projects focused on improving customer fulfillment outcomes. Use data to root cause weekly perfect order impacts and drive and track change for improvements.

What you'll bring:

  • Project management, organizational skills, process improvement and implementation

  • Familiarity with business case development using data

  • Ability to use data and feedback to build a story and visualize via PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills; you desire to foster strong partnerships across the organization

  • Using data and cross functional relationships to identify root causes and implement action

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science and 1 year experience in project or program management experience OR 2 years project or program management experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
