This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of supply chain replenishment using advanced AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for supply chain replenishment, aligning with business goals and market trends.AI Algorithm Integration: Lead the integration of AI algorithms into supply chain replenishment processes, leveraging machine learning techniques to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand accurately, and streamline supply chain operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development efforts.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in supply chain replenishment in designated markets. Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives, and communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders.Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of supply chain replenishment products, and track performance against targets to drive continuous improvement.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products or features in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of supply chain replenishment processes, including inventory management and demand forecastingExperience with AI and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions.Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in supply chain replenishment.Additional Information:This is a full-time position located in Bentonville, AR.
