Walmart Manager, Program Management - Marketplace (Returns) in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Walmart Marketplace Returns team aims to enhance customer and seller experiences, support seller success, and drive growth by improving our service offerings. This role offers a unique opportunity to create, launch, and manage programs end to end.

We seek ambitious, creative, and people-oriented individuals ready to tackle business challenges innovatively. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a fair and transparent return policy, balancing customer and seller needs, and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation. Proficiency in SQL and/or Big Query is essential for data analysis to drive improvements.

As a member of the MP Returns team, you will drive changes to enhance the customer post-purchase experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Management eCommerce and/or Business Operations

  • 2-3 years of experience working with products and engineers, developing tech capabilities.

  • 1-2 years of experience Analyzing data using SQL and/or Big query to identify opportunities for process improvements is a plus.

  • Strategize and identify opportunities and drive programs that grow seller sales by meeting and exceeding customer and seller expectations of the online marketplace experience

  • Launch & scale programs. Track, communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders and teams across Walmart Marketplace and the company at large (Analytics, Supply Chain, Account Management, Product teams, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Marketplace returns

  • Experienced Reverse logistics operations

  • Looking for executive presence

You'll make an impact by:

  • Strategizing and identifying opportunities to drive programs that grow seller sales by meeting and exceeding customer and seller expectations.

  • Launching and scaling programs, and coordinating with various stakeholders across Walmart Marketplace and the company (Analytics, Supply Chain, Account Management, Product teams, etc.).

  • Developing and executing end-to-end programs focused on product adoption and seller services tool development.

  • Measuring, tracking, and analyzing results, reporting progress, and continuously optimizing programs.

  • Driving informed decision-making and resolving critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues.

  • Creating communication strategies and content; educating sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and developing and implementing a program management life cycle.

  • Analyzing and interpreting information for initiative work streams using various analytical methodologies.

  • Developing solutions that reduce costs and meet business goals; prioritizing assignments; ensuring data accuracy; recommending program changes based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams to implement changes.

  • Executing multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers to performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; developing contingency plans; and supporting continuous learning.

  • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and directing others in their use and application; ensuring compliance; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
