Position Summary...

What you'll do...

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient, productive, and harmonious work environment. You will have the opportunity to influence the performance of associates, oversee proactive measures for energy savings and customer service satisfaction, manage financial planning processes and ensure environmental compliance. Experience and Requirements:

• Extensive experience in supervising associates, conducting performance evaluations, and making hiring recommendations.

• Proficient with system data management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage costs, timelines, and adherence to project schedules.

• Knowledge of environmental compliance practices and procedures.

• Skills in financial planning, budget projection models, and financial tool management.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise associates by maintaining confidentiality, conducting performance evaluations, and making hiring recommendations.

• Ensure associates respond effectively to emergencies, outages, alarms, and incoming calls.

• Oversee proactive measures for energy savings, sustainability initiatives, and customer service satisfaction.

• Maintain project oversight by coordinating changes, managing costs, and ensuring timelines are met.

• Manage the execution of environmental compliance practices.

• Develop and manage financial planning processes for both operational and capital expenditure.

• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years' experience in facilities management,
