Job Description

One of our top clients in the Northwest Arkansas area is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Manager of Assortment Analytics to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing store space and enhancing sales through effective space planning and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw and Update Modulars: Utilize JDA Space Planning software to create and update modulars for stores, ensuring optimal product placement and space utilization.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with buyers and other cross-functional partners to implement space plans that drive sales and improve customer experience.

Conduct Store Audits: Perform regular audits of store space to assess current layouts and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics to track the effectiveness of space plans and uncover opportunities for enhancement.

Skills and Requirements

¨ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

¨ 2+ years of strong knowledge of Excel and data analytics (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

¨ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

¨ Experience with category and retail management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ¨ Strong storytelling ability with data to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

¨ Experience with analytics tools and software, such as Power BI, Dataiku, or SQL

¨ Demonstrates professional judgement through recommendations, decisions, priority-setting, and analysis of improvement opportunities

¨ Focus on execution and results

¨ Always planning for and improving performance

¨ Adaptable professionally, demonstrating creativity and strength in the face of challenges
