The team you will be a part of

The Gladiator business develops, markets and sells premium storage and organization solutions, including appliances, for the garage and other parts of the home. This is a highly entrepreneurial and cross-functional team within Whirlpool with a goal to be the brand leader in e-commerce in its category, by offering personalized solutions for consumers, through our trade customers and also selling direct to consumers.

This role in summary

Responsible for the Gladiator brand website to ensure it's designed with ( gladiatorgarageworks.com ) the appropriate capabilities and functionality to support a consumer's decision journey through to purchase. This role will support enhancements to the current site, manage our alignment with Shopify’s platform updates and ensure that the site is maintained and functioning properly. This role is also responsible for managing our third party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc).

Your responsibilities will include

  • Optimize website performance with a focus on conversion.

  • Construct and enact comprehensive SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Analyze website metrics and user behavior to inform design and functionality improvements.

  • Oversee the integration of third-party tools and plugins to enhance website functionality.

  • Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve user issues and feedback.

  • Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

  • Manage website budget and resources effectively.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 + years experience in ecommerce, digital product ownership, or digital marketing

  • 2+ years of website analytics experience (such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Agency management experience

  • Experience working with agile methodology

  • Experience with marketplace integrations

  • Understanding of brand strategies and consumer behavior

  • Financial acumen

  • Project management experience
