The team you will be a part of

The Product Marketing team markets the organization's products and services using customer marketing databases. Creates direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers. Collaborates with market research in developing response models and other database improvements. May conduct data mining analyses of customer data to develop marketing trends.

This role in summary

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Product Marketing Manager opening to join our Cooking organization on the Product Planning & Strategy team. The Digital Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and embedding digital use cases for both the cooking and refrigeration categories. This person is also responsible for understanding and developing a strategy based on competitive activity, marketplace trends, and technical capabilities within the digital space. The Digital Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Global Information Technology, engineering, brand, and marketing teams to execute the digital product roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Use data and metrics, competitive assessments, and future trends to drive a connected strategy for the category.

  • Harness consumer insights, shopper insights, purchase drivers, and other research to drive fact-based, consumer-driven digital use case decisions that supports brand positioning.

  • Own business case integration on connected investments.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Category lead for all category level connectivity needs.

  • Manage basic connectivity package, any business case/research around advanced use cases.

  • Drive category digital product roadmap and lead digital solutions through product development cycle.

  • Defines, tracks, and communicates product-specific KPIs to improve the product’s adoption, performance, and value.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years experience in Internet of Things (IOT), digital brand management, product management or similar discipline

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or similar related field

  • Master’s Degree

  • 2 years of experience in IOT or digital brand management

  • Experience in product management

  • Strong leadership & communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively

  • Excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability

  • Proven success working in a fast paced, complex matrixed environment

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use insights to drive action

  • Highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups
