Drive and support connected base knowledge creation within Electronics and Electrical Systems (EES) and Global Information Systems (GIS) for Wi-Fi connected projects. Provide day to day support for Go & See issues for Digital appliances having Wi-Fi connectivity. Support connected product testing including test case creation and external validation. Provide Field Testing feedback on beta Over the Air (OTA) and app testing. Facilitate root cause analysis across connected system issues. Collect and analyze connected product data. Provide factory support for OTA upgrades and Factory End of Line (EOL) data capture. Provide fault tree support for Connected Care (CxC) team. Participate in design reviews for connected systems. Support manufacturing quality data analysis and reporting processes to detect issues early, drive containment actions and develop sustainable corrective actions. Partner with Global Product Organization, EES, Supplier Development Engineer and Operations to support project execution for NPI Quality projects. Support execution of NAR NPI, IoT and High-Risk EES Component Quality Improvement Plans. Use technical competency to collaborate with design and process engineering in understanding, implementing and ensuring flawless execution of Design for Assembly (DFA) / Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements during new product introduction and ownership related to the ongoing monitoring/audit of the established DFA/DFM requirements. Support and promote the creation and revision of the quality system to ensure compliance and continuous improvement (NAR QMS, Process FMEA's, Control Plans, Pre Production Approval Process (PPAP's), etc.). Interface with trade partners and suppliers as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience in software, hardware, electronics, and electrical systems.
