SwanCare is growing, so we're regularly looking for dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursing staff to support our Registered and Enrolled Nurses in the delivery of comprehensive quality resident care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality care to residents in accordance with individual care plans

  • Completion of documentation and reporting when necessary

  • Complying with Quality Standards, Performance Standards and Occupational, Safety and Health requirements

You'll also have:

  • Relevant certification in Aged Care or Individual Support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service

  • An outgoing and positive personality

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team

  • A flexible approach to work with availability to work weekends if required

  • Working rights within Australia

  • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old

  • Influenza Statement
