Restaurant General Manager
Location: 602 E. Main Street, Benson, NC, 27504
Job Description:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to:
Managing and leading a team of employees
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing finances and creating budgets
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
