Strategy Analyst/ Manager (Multiple positions)
Strategic Initiatives
Responsibilities
Support the development of a holistic strategic transformation plan, aligning technology, operations, and functional advancements with long-term business goals.
Support the strategy team to solve complex business / operational problems through suggesting relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions
Collaborate with global teams effectively in problem solving, solutioning and recommendation development
Contribute to all aspects of a transformation project, including ideation, hypotheses development & validation / analysis, synthesizing findings into impactful powerpoint decks
Work with Technology, Operations, and other Functions on the execution of strategic / transformation initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless project management
Deploy tools and methods to gather and interpret data, identify trends and opportunities, and evaluate risks and challenges.
Support the strategy team to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges
Collaboratively work with other team members, within / across teams spread across multiple countries, to develop recommendations, plans, and other materials
Present findings to senior management and prepare documentation, progress reports and other materials in a clear and concise manner
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals and suggest adjustments /improvements as needed
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred) from premier colleges
Proven experience (1+ years) in contributing to transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
Prior experience of defining and implementing transformation initiatives, strategy development, analysis, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience working with global teams
Ability to roll up the sleeves and do the work as needed
Quantitative & qualitative analysis in solving complex organization problems (e.g., operating model design)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
