This role will be a part of the International Emerging Stores team, and will own the mission of providing the emerging shoppers the best value for their money. The emerging shoppers are value concious and like to maximize their savings as they shop. Today, they struggle to discover extra savings such as deals, discounts and cashback, and find it challenging to do the mental math to compute total savings.

Key job responsibilities

The role will think big in re-imagining shopping experience for emerging shoppers to maximize their savings and help them buy the highest value product within their budget.

The key responsibilities include drafting a long term vision, strategy and roadmap, envisioning experiences that will delight new & existing customers and partnering with key stakeholders across business & technology teams to execute the product roadmap. The role is also expected to influence global partner teams to build the envisioned experiences and launching them globally across emerging shoppers WW.

The ideal candidate for this position comes with strong product management experience, is customer obsessed, data driven and is able to operate with minimal supervision. They should have strong problem solving skills, be able to influence partner teams and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
