Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner in Bengaluru, India

Join Regeneron as we expand our international footprint. We're seeking a dynamic Sr Manager, HRBP to lead HR activities for our employees in India, with potential to oversee additional countries as our business grows. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic HR team dedicated to improving Regeneron’s global workforce, talent management practices, and employee experience. As a key member of the International HR Business Partner Team, you'll collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Organization Development.

A typical day might look like;

Partnering with Leaders and HR colleagues to identify and plan key HR work for the business functions.

Working with clients to help solve any people related issues.

Partnering with internal HR experts on employee relations, compensation, leadership development, benefits, succession planning, employee development needs, etc.

Mentoring managers and employees while demonstrating the Regeneron Way (our cultural values).

Partnering with Regeneron’s Law Department on statutory matters relating to employees.

Providing Employee Relations support to functional areas to solve people related conflicts and act as the ER lead to close out investigations and perform follow-up actions.

Key translator of business needs to the remainder of the HR team to help shape company-wide HR systems and solutions.

Actively recruiting for future talent by participating in interviews for key positions and candidate debriefs.

Help drive the best hiring decisions in a rapidly thriving organization and be part of the design and delivery of the solutions with the learning team.

Preparation of employment contracts and other documents to complete the hiring process.

Partnering with hiring managers to support successful onboarding of new employees

Identifying needs (individual, team and department levels) for these new affiliates and working with leadership to implement.

Partnering with the team to define new roles, identify external comparable/market value of positions, implement annual pay for performance, market adjustments, and other reward and recognition programs, as well as developing, revising, and communicating career ladders.

Using Regeneron survey data results to help managers own and develop action plans that support their business and people needs.

Contributing to a HRBP team that shares best practices and balance the needs of their own client group with the needs of the overall business.

Providing updates and inputs to various HR customers eg payroll, Government agencies etc

This role is for you if you have;

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or HR related discipline; advanced degree such as MBA, or Master’s in Organization Development or Human Resources is preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ HR experience, with at least a few years working within the Indian pharma/biopharma/biotech industry in an HR or management role. Experience working in a Global organization is required.

  • Must have expertise in talent acquisition and talent development within a technically driven organization.

  • Significant understanding of HR legal & compliance requirements
