Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience coding in a general purpose coding language or in system design.

• 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues.

• 6 years of experience in Android development.

• 6 years of experience with 2 or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in technical consulting on supporting large enterprise customers with high service-level objective and service-level agreement requirements.

• Foundational Knowledge of mobile app development on Android or iOS development.

The primary mission of the team is to support the growth of Google Play app and game developers by enabling their business growth through the successful utilization of Google Play’s products, solutions, and services. The organization should serve as developer’s primary technical POCs via established, ongoing relationships.

• Identify opportunities and build solutions to improve support or empower customers to solve issues by using self-service tools and documentation.

• Work with developers to drive adoption of high quality Google Play features and services.

• Develop advanced product knowledge with specialization in one or more components, including dependencies on other products and teams.

• Work with external developers, generate developer insights, create written guidance, write example code, author blog posts, design APIs, and propose product changes.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Play’s products/solutions and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for developer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis.
