Our team of product managers come from diverse disciplines and they drive innovation, new product ideation, experimental design and testing, complex analysis and delivery of data insights around the world. We support all International Media clients and are located where our clients are.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join the Product team for our Marketing Mix Business..

In this role, you will work with the Pillar Lead for Data and drive design, development, release and maintenance of Marketing Mix`s modern suite of Data Products..

Responsibilities

  • You will be a full-spectrum data product manager that will design data-driven products and features

  • You will be part of the data team and interface directly with consumers of the data products and services to envision how data can make processes more efficient, people more effective and HDVI understand risks better and make fleets safer

  • You will work closely with data engineers and other engineering teams using agile methodologies

  • You will define, organize and manage epics/stories from inception to deployment

  • You will coordinate roadmap objectives and initiatives that align with business needs and vision

  • You will define product success criteria and KPIs, support execution across multiple product teams, guide, monitor success and drive transparency into business outcomes and progress related to the overall product strategy

  • Manage the strategy, and execution of major initiatives for the data product

  • Discuss with business users, write requirements, drive solutioning with engineering through brainstorm sessions and mockups

  • Build and prioritize the backlog for your team from epics to stories using Jira

  • Manage the execution of your backlog, collaborating with our Business teams, Design, Engineering, and QA

  • Write functional documentation of the platform

  • Hold rituals with the team including backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions

  • Advocate for your product area by providing regular demos of new features and creating relevant marketing/training communications for users

  • Scrum master: sprint burndowns, project scoping, prioritization, retrospectives

  • Product launch and roll-out plans

Qualifications

  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with the Data Life cycle is crucial to your success in this role

  • 5+ years in Technical Product Management with a heavy focus on Data

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Big Data / Data Warehouse-Lake-Lakehouse, Data Visualization

  • Basic level : Experience and ability to write queries, do data exploration, design charts and dashboards

  • Strong ability to understand problems and break down the scope of solutions

  • Familiarity with data loading, extracting and transformation along with orchestration of data pipelines

  • High level of confidence when prioritizing enhancements and new features for delivery

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing ambiguity and juggling multiple projects using agile technologies

  • Well honed analytical abilities and a knack for critical thinking, innovative solutioning and storytelling with data to influence decisioning

  • Proven track record of backlog management and feature delivery

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • 1+ year of Marketing Mix experience is an advantage
