This role is based in Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Content Solutions Consultant (CSC) to lead our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business in India by delivering executive-level, client-specific consultancy workshops and educational experiences for LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic customers.

The Content Solutions team are LinkedIn’s foremost expert content consultancy team housing the world’s best B2B content experts experienced in client-facing consulting and workshops on varying topics including B2B digital strategy, brand and performance marketing, measurement and talent branding.

A LinkedIn Content Solutions Consultant is client-facing and collaborates directly with our client’s CMO’s and Senior marketing leaders and will be responsible for researching, composing, and delivering quality consultative workshops and speaking events across India that drive strong relationships, better ROAS and product adoption on LinkedIn. Additionally, they will successfully project lead the development of new intelligence and tools to scale content and marketing strategy expertise to LinkedIn’s premier customers and internal sales teams.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about LinkedIn, B2B Marketing and digital; and willingly collaborates with our Indian sales and marketing leadership, working strategically to achieve or exceed regional sales objectives and ensure the success of leading advertisers worldwide.

Note: This role is focused on marketing and business consulting. We are not looking for a content creator. Content creation or execution will be a minor component of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated leading Content Solutions Consultant in India, delivering customized consulting to prioritized LMS customers and partnering with sales leaders and sales operations to measure and optimize the team’s impact on regional business growth.

  • Operate cross-functionally with LinkedIn’s Marketing, Insights, Measurement, Agency and Editorial teams to contribute to and drive mission-critical decisions for the business.

  • Build and execute a regional plan to bring the APAC Content Solutions Consultant team vision and mission to life in India.

  • Demand excellence through example, coaching, developing and inspiring others; foster a positive and values-driven team culture.

  • Drive collaborative initiatives to educate and upskill internal sales teams on marketing and content consulting.

  • Engage in speaking opportunities in the industry to enhance LinkedIn’s overall reputation as the premier marketing platform for brands to reach, engage and convert professional audiences at scale in India.

  • Establish a ‘thought leader’ reputation by regularly walking-the-walk on the LinkedIn platform and creating and distributing thought-leadership content.

  • Act as voice-of-the-customer to deliver feedback to LinkedIn product development on required enhancements and evolution for LinkedIn content marketing solutions as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing role, agency, consulting firm, marketing strategy, media planning, content marketing.

  • Knowledge of India’s unique social media landscape and B2B brands as well as performance/digital marketing (SEM/Display/Paid Social) and the paid media marketplace.

Preferred Skills

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related degree, or equivalent experience

  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targeted results.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and to work independently in developing and creating value-add content for marketers

  • Experience in a consultancy position or training position to deliver marketing-specific strategic frameworks to key business stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate (oral and written), presentation and listening skills 

  • A working knowledge of LinkedIn and its products is preferred

  • Career focus on B2B client account management experience is a bonus.

  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Proven ability to think strategically and to develop and execute comprehensive programs.

  • Ability to communicate credibly with senior marketing executives

  • Ability to be a highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness
