Emerson Senior Account Manager, Aerospace & Defence in BENGALURU, India

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop winning strategies and account plans to achieve consistent growth within Leading Indian Aerospace & Defence business.

  • Relationship Management: Expand influence by cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships for transparent communication.

  • Account Leadership: Lead Emerson T&M’s strategy, coordinating internal resources to optimize market penetration and build credibility.

  • Executive Alignment: Establish executive-level connections between Emerson T&M and the customer to drive engagement and mutual success.

  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Partner with different business units to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

You are a proactive, strategic thinker who builds lasting relationships and delivers exceptional results. You’re comfortable managing complex accounts and driving account growth at both tactical and strategic levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales or related customer-facing roles, with a proven record of revenue growth in complex accounts.

  • Location: Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, with Hyderabad preferred.

  • Expertise: Proven experience in selling electronic Test & Measurement products, systems, and solutions to large Aerospace & Defence accounts.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving consistent revenue growth year-on-year.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams involving Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

  • Account Management: Experience in managing complex accounts and sales opportunities at both tactical and strategic levels.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.

  • Communication: Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
