Amazon Program Manager, IN Selling Partner Education and Communication in Bengaluru, India

Join Amazon Selling Partner Services (SPS) India where you will be contributing to building India’s most trusted marketplace for sellers to thrive locally and globally! As part of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will have an instrumental role in driving business performance and supporting our sellers' productivity. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and results-oriented L&D Program Manager. You will own learning and knowledge management initiatives targeting our seller teams, helping them ramp up faster and do their jobs more efficiently by offering the right trainings at the right time and enabling quick access to required resources. You will be the voice of the learner and will ensure their needs are at the forefront of every deliverable. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in learning strategies for performance-based outcomes. They would be resourceful, working with diverse business stakeholders, influencing without authority, and using data for decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders (business leaders, subject matter experts, etc.) to identify learning needs and address them through the most effective and efficient solutions.

  2. Own the continuous improvement of the training catalog and/or knowledge hub to ensure customers can quickly find the right resources for learning and development.

  3. Build and continuously improve our training scheduling/ assignment mechanisms that help ensure that every minute our customers invest in training is time well-spent.

  4. Design and deliver self-paced/ live trainings, ensuring the use of learning tools/ systems in the most efficient way.

  5. Use data and analytics to measure and increase the impact and effectiveness of the initiatives you own.

  6. Lead programmatic initiatives to enhance our instructional training efficacy, satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency.

About the team

The IN Selling Partner Education and Communication (IN SPEC) team owns the short-term implementation of communication workstreams and the long-term strategic evolution of initiatives and solutions aimed at maximizing growth opportunities for sellers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience in L&D supporting commercial/ marketing teams

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
