The Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT) within Selling Partner Services, has operations based in India manages pricing for millions of items sold on Amazon worldwide and owns providing intelligence to business to ensure competitive pricing.

A successful candidate will have an established background in driving a complex program portfolio with considerable impact, program management, problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should have a history of driving deep insights from complex data, have exceptional business judgement including financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions, ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon. The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon

  • Liaise with tech, product, ops and category teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects

  • Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems

  • Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
