Job Description

Detailed Requirements:

  1. Helping define end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)

  2. Helping develop approach to implement finance or PPM applications to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

  3. Support development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.

  4. Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across Finance & Accounting.

  5. In-depth understanding of ERP Cloud business process and their data flow.

  6. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in enabling next gen capabilities

  7. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Additionally, the candidate should bring the ability to work with cross functional teams

  8. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project / Program Manager

  9. Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.

  10. Strong exposure to use of Tools & Accelerators with an innovation and digital transformation bent of mind

  11. Solution Architecture and exposure to cross domain dependencies is necessary

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance is desirable

  2. 12 to 15 years of experience in technology, automation, or business management

  3. Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally.

  4. Strong knowledge of automation technologies, AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.

  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

  7. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams

  8. Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices

  9. Working knowledge of Finance technologies such as EBS R12 & Fusion (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management(CE)), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and EPM

  10. Added advantage with Cross Skill knowledge of Niche Modules like Financials like Accounting Hub ( FAH ), Advanced Collections, Treasury, Risk Management

  11. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and engage with clients

  12. Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))

Responsibilities

Develop long term partnership with our largest and most complex clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Interface at highest levels both internally and within clients. Assigned side projects designed to move the client success organization forward. Required to act as mentor to new CSMs
