Oracle Oracle SaaS SCM Specialist in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

As a member of the Oracle Customer Success Services, your focus will be on implementing SaaS SCM modules for the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

This position is for implementing Fusion Applications, particularly under the Supply Chain Management ( Product Lifecycle Management, Order Management , Distributed Order Orchestration and Inventory)

A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

In this senior role, the successful candidate will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions.

The position requires extensive expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Oracle ERP SaaS certification in SCM modules is a plus.

BE, BTech, MCA , CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle SCM-related initiatives, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders.

Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements , develop solution strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project milestones, risks, and issues, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.

Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle SCM Cloud within the organization, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic insights

Willingness to work in night shifts/US timings
