  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Handle technical design, application development for enhancements and projects under the scope of the Application Maintenance Services 2 Development of Production Bug Fixes Code Change 3 Develop, test and deploy fixes to in-scope applications as required 4 Provide detailed impact assessment on changes impacting in-scope applications 5 Perform regression testing to ensure systems are not impacted by any new software updates, patches and/or new releases

  • Technical Experience : 1 In-depth knowledge of O365 OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint On-Prem, Office Pro Plus especially Outlook 2 Able to create efficient PowerShell Scripts, SPFx components 3 Ability to understand O365 and infrastructure integration and execute configuration changes 4 Ability to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and client

  • Professional Attributes : Good Communication skills

  • Educational Qualification : BE or Euivalent
