As a Website SME with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to seller acquisition & success on Amazon. The role will require creating engaging web experiences to drive seller launches at scale & work towards un-blocking sellers on any issues they may face in the pre-registration funnel. The ideal candidate should possess ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across complex process and capability to influence sellers through SSR mechanisms. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Amazon’s platform, and proven experience in digital marketing or seller recruitment, and also a good understanding of performance marketing. This role will focus on optimizing digital channels to increase visibility, attract potential Amazon sellers, and drive engagement through organic search strategies and website experience.

  1. Build and implement SEO strategy:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to target potential Amazon sellers. Build and manage a content strategy (both on-page and off-page) that targets seller interests and queries to improve recruitment rates.

  • Ownership of landing pages, and blog posts to attract seller leads through organic search.

  1. Build engaging and user-friendly web experiences for new and existing seller cohorts:
  • Lead the design and development of intuitive onboarding flows and selling journeys to optimize the seller experience.

  • Continuously experiment and iterate on the web experiences based on user research and data-driven insights.

  1. Leverage user research to enhance web experiences:
  • Conduct qualitative studies and user research to deeply understand seller needs, pain points, and behaviors.

  • Synthesize research insights to inform the design and development of new web experiences or improvements to existing ones.

  1. Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams:
  • Liaise with internal (IN & WW Tech, Product, Marketing) to align on requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
  1. Own top-of-the-funnel metrics and reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of SEO and web experiences / content initiatives

  • Monitor SEO & website performance and adjust strategies based on data and analytics.

  • Create reports on organic traffic, ranking improvements, and lead generation metrics.

  • Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Communicate performance updates and insights to relevant stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

    • 3+ years experience in Website management/CMS operations. Innovative and creative with Web technologies to build high performing websites
    • Expert knowledge of JS & HTML

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
