Internal Change and Culture Campaign Lead
Cigna Healthcare, International Health Delivery Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Change and Culture Campaign Lead to drive internal transformation initiatives, foster a positive organizational culture, and enhance employee engagement across our global and diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and implement effective change management strategies.

Main Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive change management and internal communications strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Design and lead culture campaigns that promote company values, enhance employee experience, and drive engagement.
Change Management: o Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and develop strategies to manage resistance and foster acceptance.
Utilize psychological principles to understand employee behaviors and motivations, ensuring change initiatives are effectively communicated and adopted.
Craft compelling and clear internal communications, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations, to inform and engage employees.
Work with HR to develop and deliver training programs and workshops to support change initiatives and cultural development.
Culture Development: Assess and monitor the organizational culture, using surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
Work with HR and Learning & Development to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Analyse the effectiveness of change and culture initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on progress to stakeholders.
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure employee engagement, communication effectiveness, and cultural alignment.
Ensure alignment of change and culture initiatives across different regions, adapting strategies to meet local needs while maintaining a cohesive global approach.
Collaborate with regional leaders to understand unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring communications and programs accordingly.
Competencies required:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development within a global and diverse company.
Proven track record of leading successful large-scale change initiatives and culture campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using communication platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively in a diverse and global environment.
Experience with psychological assessments and behavior change models.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or relevant professional certifications.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, intranet systems such as IGLOO).
Proactive self-starter who can jump into virtually any scenario – including navigating ambiguity – demonstrating good judgment as well as tact and discretion to work with Cigna employees at all levels.
Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment.
Experience of working in an international matrix structure is a plus. Affinity with financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential.
