Job Title- Technical L Lead-Application Developer

Shift Time - 12:30pm- 9:30pm (Flexible)

Required education and certifications critical for the role-
Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (full time)
Required years of experience –
7-10 years of relevant experience

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Must have 7+ years of experience in application development based on AS400 using (RPGILE/DB2/CL400/RLU/SDA/SQL400).
Having experience in Insurance domain will be a plus.
Must be dynamic, competent and result oriented professional with experience in all phases of software development lifecycle.
Must be a strong collaborator, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency at grasping integration components with .NET/BI/Navision
Adept in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems.
Conversant with various Quality Processes
