Process Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies and document current processes using process mapping and flowcharting techniques to visualize workflows.

Lean Six Sigma Methodology: Apply basic Lean Six Sigma principles to contribute to process improvement projects. Collaborate with teams in conducting root cause analyses and identifying improvement opportunities.

Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and overall organizational performance. Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
