The HR Assistant role is responsible for driving key people processes for External Fulfillment, and other vertical of GSF (Global Specialty Fulfilment), identify insights and draft solutions through people metrics and analytics. The person should have a detailed understanding of a business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue, and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead assigned HR processes/activities

• Maintain accurate headcount & HR reports

• Engage with employees to ensure high morale and productivity

• Managing cases of underperformance

• Leading Employee/HR initiatives

• Conducting refresher trainings for employees’ policies or sessions for topical items

• Proactive sensing of ER issues

• Grievance Handling

• Working on HRIS

• Submitting Payroll inputs

• Co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team

• Support in managing employee feedback and monitor the closures – VOA, FGD’s, etc

• Graduate in any discipline preferably from recognized university.

• Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/FMCG/Manufacturing companies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• High presentation, reporting and team player skills

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point.

• Relevant experience of at-least 3 years

• Demonstrated intense customer focus.

• Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.

• Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards

• Handling ad-hoc communication from stakeholders and delivering results

A day in the life

You'd be interacting with various stakeholders from the Operations Business unit and will work with them in enhancing employee experience and methodically solving people driven problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience

  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • Experience in confidential environments

  • Bachelor's degree is minimum

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • • Strong attention to detail, ability to run reports and work in Excel.
