Amazon Field Enablement Program Manager, India Field Enablement in Bengaluru, India

The Field Enablement Program Manager for AWS India will collaborate with Vertical Leaders and Managers to program manage and execute against the respective verticals’ enablement priorities. This role will be responsible for driving and ensuring timely, relevant learning of our field teams, from the initial onboarding through to continuous “Always-boarding” across our portfolio of offerings and solutions.

A successful candidate will combine a good understanding of Field Enablement and Readiness function and execute against our existing training and Field Enablement strategic priorities, while helping to influence creation of new programs to support the AWS India organization growth at-scale. The ideal candidate would have strong project management and communication skills, ability to work cross functionally, and translate business needs into program requirements.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Vertical Leadership to land and drive the Business Development Enablement programs for AWS India teams.

  • Collaborate and partner with the APJ (Asia Pacific Japan) and WW (World Wide) Enablement leads to deliver best practices and leverage existing programs and content to ensure a smooth and quick landing of programs and campaigns in AWS India.

  • Drive successful execution of cross-functional programs in conjunction with key stakeholders towards defined objectives and goals.

  • Implement metrics to measure enablement programs, their impact, and effectiveness.

  • Review and manage existing content library to ensure that the content is current and relevant.

  • Leverage best tools and technology for ease of program adoption and scalability.

  • Continuously assess the opportunities, business needs/field requirements, and readiness gaps. Work with appropriate stakeholders to quickly develop/iterate and implement the right initiatives and programs for AWS India.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Enablement role in high growth or MNC organizations

  • Demonstrated experience in developing structured plans with measurable metrics and then executing those plans

  • Experience in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

  • Passionate about developing others and demonstrated success of driving and coordinating cross functional teams and partnering with external vendors

  • Experience in stakeholder management and highly proficient at building trust with senior level business development managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or any other equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 3+ years of experience driving field team / business development training and broader Business development Enablement programs
