You’ll make a difference by:

  • Performs commercial contract review upon order handover (PM080).

  • Clarifies contract scope and prepares revised PM100 calculation in conjunction with Project Management. Generates customer order confirmation.

  • Creates, completes, and executes the SD contracts in the SAP system (P58).

  • Monitors order costs and non-conformance costs. Supports the charge order process towards customer. Ongoing performance review of contract compliance and efficiency vs. CPR/CPT target.

  • Generates billing requests and manages free cash flow incl. CPR invoicing and reconciliation.

  • Responsible for capitalization of instruments / fixed assets / rental assets.

  • Maintains start date for RCO business (based on handover protocol).

  • Set-up customer service contract incl. warranty conditions.

  • Manage contract modifications (variations) and contract renewals.

  • Execution of price adjustments (reviews) and related activities (price rise).

  • Archiving and cancellation of contract (incl. service contract) upon completion.

  • Reconciliation of the interim accounts to maintain hygiene of the Books & records.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in the healthcare/medical devices industry will be advantageous.

  • A Degree in Business Administration/Accounting is desirable.

  • You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

  • Strong organisation, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Result and quality orientation with a high attention to detail.

  • You are highly versed in SAP.

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.

  • Strong command of the English language, written and verbal.

  • Around 10 years of experience in order processing, logistics, customer service (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).
