About Team - The AI/Machine Learning team spearheads the creation of the industry's leading machine learning models for large-scale use cases. This team also pushes the boundaries of applied machine learning and state-of-the-art generative AI techniques, using diverse and challenging datasets. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of Responsible AI and will work closely with the Fairness and Compliance pod, devoted to the development of a fairness-evaluating framework for our AI systems.
Our company seeks a skilled Data Scientist to join our AI/Machine Learning team, specifically working in the Fairness and Interpretability pod.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop machine learning models that deliver valuable insights from data.
Help in creating a framework to evaluate and monitor our AI systems for fairness.
Work on complex and diverse datasets to solve challenging analytical problems.
Use statistical inference to find patterns and make predictions on data.
Be an active participant in pushing the boundaries of applied Machine Learning and Responsible AI development.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Data Science Consultant.
Proficiency in statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and statistical inference.
Experience with ML interpretability.
Competency in Python programming language.
The ability to work on a team and independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills, providing complex information clearly and concisely.
A keen interest in fair AI practices, and the ability to adhere to these.
