Job Description
Practice Leadership
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cloud and Kubernetes Practice.
Build and manage a team of experts, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
Technical Expertise and Oversight
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective Cloud and Kubernetes solutions.
Establish best practices and frameworks for Cloud-native development, container orchestration, and DevOps pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business goals and client expectations.
Resource and Portfolio Management
Manage resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and team utilization.
Oversee Cloud portfolio management, including cost optimization, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
Ensure the effective deployment of resources to support multiple client engagements and internal initiatives.
Business Development and Client Engagement
Support presales and solution design efforts by acting as a subject matter expert for Cloud and Kubernetes technologies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for expanding the practice through partnerships, services, and new offerings.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of the practice.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance team capabilities and expand the scope of the practice.
Prepare and present regular progress and performance reports to senior leadership.
Mentorship and Skill Development
Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and professional skills across the practice.
Encourage cross-training and certification programs to build a versatile and adaptive team.
Provide mentorship to team members, fostering career growth and leadership development.
