Job Profile - Consultant, Telco Managed Services

Work Location - Bangalore

What you’ll achieve

We are looking for a technical Services consultant to help develop the Telco 5G Managed Services solution by leveraging the current and future capabilities of Dell Technology Managed Services tools, process, and combining it with Telco tools and processes, etc. This consultant should have a successful record of working with Telco managed services tools and capabilities. Experience should include but not limit to working knowledge of the Cloud architecture and virtualization, CI/CD experience, and relationships within the Telco industry in different delivery functions.

You will:

  • Help define, design, and build 5G Managed Services capability by leveraging DTMS IT capabilities

  • Collaborate with other internal Dell Global Services Cloud organization to ensure that all internal DT capabilities is fully leveraged

  • Help define the process, tools, and competence to deliver on both Private Mobility and macro network MS

  • Create joint solutions in partnership with DT partners in India and companies with 5G MS capabilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and help define proposals for customer transformation projects

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of related experience in a Services delivery role with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of experience in the Managed Services domain

  • Prior experience working in a complex Cloud transformation project

  • Demonstrated ability in defining tools, process, and competence in the Manage Services environment

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges

Desirable Requirements

  • Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position
