2-4 Years experience in Technical Support

Networking - Firewall, Load balancing request tracing basic troubleshooting of network failure

AD/DNS/SSO/Authentication

Troubleshooting of web application

DB Concepts - SQL/Oracle

Webservices/Rest APIS

Log analysis- Apps logs/event logs, HTTP error codes and default ports, HTTP/HTTPS

Experience/Knowledge of HA/DR setup

Generic tools - Log analysis, Fidler, wireshark or any other

Web and application server understanding

Basics of cloud - SMB, S3, VMS

VM and virtualization concept - Citrix, Vmware, group policy, registry, Automation scripting if any

Internal process fit - coordination with cross-function team, ticketing tools

Troubleshooting approach

Communication skills

Scripting
