We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager who will drive core traffic channels as a part of a driven, high-functioning marketing team. The role will involve both strategic thinking and flawless execution of marketing inputs and outputs. The right candidate is a passionate marketeer who is curious, nimble and a driven professional who has solved similar challenges in previous roles.

Key job responsibilities

• Managing key inputs and outputs for core marketing channels

• Optimizing, analyzing and extract insights to maximise output from each channel

• Working closely with design, central, product and category teams to consistently bar raise on customer-facing inputs

• Building the playbook for the category and build nuances from specific sub-cat level

• Experimenting with different channels and collating learning

• Handling the performance metrics for all the channels

• Working on data driven decisions and recommend scalable solutions

• Creating dashboards for regular tracking by stakeholders

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bengaluru, KA, IND

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

• Experience in a marketing role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)

• Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
