Job Title:

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, establishing, reviewing and maintaining the master production schedule at a site or value stream.

  • Ability to manage all production orders which are created or released to WIP as well as understanding supply and capacity constraints for planned orders that fall within the execution window.

  • Ability to perform analysis of shortages and capacity constraints and summarize findings.

  • Support Capacity review and inputs, MPS supply load, and fulfilment strategies.

  • Maintains process improvements by establishing KPIs, benchmarking metrics and continuous process improvement initiatives to improve process quality on continual basis.

  • Demonstrate skill in effective communicating, problem solving .

  • Anticipate important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations .

  • Demonstrate ability to monitor progress and to make changes as required.

  • Manage Business process that coordinates and monitors all changes to the business processes and applications operated by the business as well as to their internal equipment, resources, operating systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.

  • 7 to 1years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related field within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of MPS and SIOP processes, tools, and best practices

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels .

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
