ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Bend, Oregon

Our client, a coast-to-coast distributor of plumbing and builder products, is seeking a warehouse associate to join their team. As a Warehouse associate, you will be part of the shipping and receiving team that will be supporting Inventory department. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, experience with shipping and receiving tasks, and the ability to learn about the product quickly which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Bend, OR

Pay Range: $22

What’s the Job?

  1. Order Picking: Operate a sit-down forklift and order picker (with heights up to 20 feet).

  2. General Warehouse Work: Handle shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory tasks.

  3. Warehouse Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

  4. Material Management: Pull and prepare orders for shipment, receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.

  5. Potential Roles: May be aligned with positions such as Floater, Pipe Yard Inside/Outside Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate.

What’s Needed?

  1. Forklift Operator Experience: Must have experience operating forklifts.

  2. Warehouse Experience Preferred: Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.

  3. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about products quickly.

  4. Availability: Monday to Friday, 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

  5. Attention to Detail: Ensure warehouse is organized, secure, and follows safety standards.
