What you will do in this role

As anAccount Manageron our team, you will:

• Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities

• Ensure daily,weeklyand monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)

• Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.

• Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication ismaintained.

-Participatein sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)

• Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels

• Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients.

• Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client

• Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels

• Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required

• Work on external lists whenrequiredon other platforms as provide

• Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Have sales background

• Have hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)

• Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
