Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN
The department consists of nine physicians and two advanced practice providers
Practice options: outpatient only, outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients, OB
Established hospitalist program
Shared nursing home call with FM and IM
Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
Multi-specialty clinic
118 bed hospital, 10 bed ICU
Level III trauma center
ER volumes- 27,000 annually
Compensation Package
