Description:

The PC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background , excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.

• Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

• Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus
