Job Duties & Responsibilities include: *Operate electric or gas forklifts to load and unload trucks, ships, railcars, and containers *Warehouse fresh and frozen product in racking systems or by free staking pallets *Operate handheld RF scanners *Check load and counts of inbound and outbound product to ensure accuracy *Routinely communicate with team members to minimize truck wait times, to report issues and to complete tasks on time as assigned *Conduct daily safety inspections of powered industrial equipment prior to use *Able to quickly learn new computer systems and understand basic inventory and warehousing principles Benefits: *Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage for $144/month for you and your eligible dependents. *Individual medical deductibles of $250 with an annual out of pocket maximum of $2,000 *Access to 10 local and well-established medical clinics, including urgent care clinics, with zero co-pays *Retirement plans; 401 (k) with company math and pension contributions *Long-term Disability Insurance *Company provided Life Insurance *Annual wage increases *Paid time off accruals starting on day one with the potential to earn up to 5 weeks' vacation a year
*Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked more than 8 in a day or 40 in a week
Pay: $18.57 per hour to start with quick increase after probationary period Shift: 3:30 pm to midnight -- You get to work 12 hour shifts as well as working Monday through Sunday with rotating days off during their busy season. Position Type: Evaluation Hire Location: Bellingham, WA
